Stewart L. Mac Donald,
CCIM, is founder and Past President
of Real Estate Assets, Inc., a consulting services company focused on maximizing wealth through
"Asset Management" in the real estate portfolio.
In his 50 year real estate career
Mr. Mac Donald has counseled on and has been an active participant in a wide
range of investment real estate projects. He has written and presented seminars on
"Strategic Planning in the Investment Real Estate Portfolio" before bar associations,
financial planning groups, as well as various investment groups. He has served in an
administrative capacity in the following companies.
Former president and founder; Stapleton West Corporation; a Pennsylvania
real estate brokerage company.
Former president and founder; South Crossing Development Company; a
residential land development and construction Company.
Former president and co-founder; Hotel Concepts, Ltd.; a consulting company
advising hotel operations in the Caribbean on "Investment Value" of their island
properties.
Mr. Mac Donald is past President of The Pennsylvani, Delware,
New Jersey CCIM Chapter, has served on the National Council of the Commercial Investment Real
Estate Institute (CIREI), and is a "Life" member of The Commercial Investment Real Estate
Institute. He is a "Life" member of The National Registry of Who's Who in the field of
investment real estate. He has been published in the National Real Estate Investor Magazine on
the significance of an "Exchange Feasibility Review" in the structuring of tax deferred
exchange transactions.
He has written a column on "Investing in Real Estate" in a daily
newspaper in the Philadelphia area on the myriad of alternative strategies required to
successfully manage an investment real estate portfolio. Mr. Mac Donald is the
innovator of "ASAP" Online Analysis Service and the concept of "Exchange
Feasibility Review". The Exchange Feasibility Review concept has greatly enhanced his
clients potential for wealth accumulation while saving them hundreds of thousand dollars in
capital gains tax by analyzing and structuring the investment aspects of an exchange
transaction prior to moving to the documentation phase.
